ICF-Certified Leadership Coach · Founder of Aretéa
I’m Olga Naert, an ICF-certified Leadership Coach and founder of Aretéa. I spent around 15 years building my career in demanding professional environments, including Volvo, McKinsey and EY.
I built that career through behaviours that were rewarded — hard work, high standards, taking responsibility, proving, perfectionism and overfunctioning. Those strategies worked for me for a long time.
Eventually I experienced the cost of them. That experience led me toward coaching, and to deeper work on the patterns that sit underneath behaviour.
Today I combine practical leadership development with coaching around those patterns — particularly for women navigating the transition into leadership.

The Aretéa philosophy
Leadership is not only about what you do. It is also about who you become when responsibility increases.
The transition
Moving from individual contributor to people leader is a real shift — in identity as much as in tasks.
The skills
Delegation, feedback, boundaries and difficult conversations can be learned. They deserve practical attention.
The patterns
What we know and what we do under pressure are not always the same. Familiar patterns can shape how we communicate, decide, delegate and respond when responsibility increases. That gap is where the deeper work sits.
The name comes from aretē — the Greek idea of excellence of character, not just of skill.
